Patrick's Post Game Wrap

Game Summary
Well, the Patrick’s softball team continued their quest to excel past
mediocrity with a 13 to 8 win over the heralded Embassy Bar team this
week. One cannot help to
compare our team with the recent Green Bay Packer team that won the
superbowl. The packers had an
ordinary regular season and won the superbowl.
Could this Patrick’s team do the same?
Gary Schmiesing said he always backs up home (Preposterous) has put his money where his mouth is now. He is consistently backing up every play and his leadership paves the way for our success. But one has to ask….why did you cut the play home that T-lip threw. He had him at home and could have had his 3rd unassisted throw out at home. Atta way to go baby!?!?
Sean Mulcahey once again has an OBP of .500(Tolly can only Dream of consistent performances like this). T-Lip has an OBP of .500 and scored all four times he was on base. Player of the week would have to go to GEEEEM. 4 for 4 with an OBP of .1000(Have we regained the form of 2008?) T-Lips homerless streak hits7……..Schmeze followed up his 2 for 3 performance with a 1 for 3 performance lacing a Texas leaguer (Tollefsonish) over the 1st and 2nd baseman’s heads.
Also, a huge welcome back to Jerad Bach. It is certainly refreshing to have the speed of your caliber in left center field.
Congratulations to Jayson and Carolina Koopmans on the birth of their son!!!!
